NEW YORK/ORLANDO, Florida (Reuters) – New York’s attorney general charged Bank of America Corp, former Chief Executive Kenneth Lewis and former Chief Financial Officer Joe Fee with fraud for allegedly misleading shareholders about the bank’s acquisition of Merrill Lynch & Co.
