Brent crude slips as Libya oil restart eyed

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Brent crude edged lower on Monday in choppy trading as investors hoped the process to restart oil exports from OPEC member Libya would start soon as the people’s six-month-ancient civil war neared an end.
