
Business Process Outsourcing and IT technical support services?
I wonder what kind of services an establishment that provides support and services technicians can provide to clients. I can only reckon of providing support for error correction for environmental products and about 5 days technical training. Can anyone give me some thoughts and possibly a website for the fee structure for something like this. I can not find any figures that other cuz companies are charging costs to variable or fixed forever and not real numbers. a website wud be much appreciated thank you in advance
