What was the first business process patent?
I have a school newspaper to do and this is one of the questions. I have been having problems to find the first. Can anyone tell me or point me in the right direction? Thanks! Been there, done that. Google is the logical place to start, but not anything has appeared. Looking for a small more help from "google"
It sounds as if teacher wants to find out about "State Street Bank. "Business Method Patents" are controversial, why do not know …. but they are. State Street Bank filed a patent for a method of doing business … the estimate a excellent fee for something, I reckon …. The patent office refused to grant the patent and State Street sued in court. The court ruled in his favor …. So … I reckon this is what your professor refers to this choice …. opened the door to business method patents …. the law is still in a state exchange for this. There is a patent related to patent-O blog page. where you can get any additional comments to what ever you find in Google (which will a ton of material)
