Can I rent an apartment, and write is off (personally or with my corp)?
I am in the process of starting my own adult e-business, for models. The site will be selling photo shoot pics, and video clips. I wanted to rent a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment strictly for filming the videos, and shooting photos. Can this 1 or 2 bedroom apartment be written off on my personal or corporation taxes? Also, this will be a legal corporation.
As long as the appartment is used for strictly business activities and the activity is legal, you should be able to take it as a legal deduction.
