Greek minister heads to Brussels with incomplete bailout deal

ATHENS (Reuters) – Greek leaders failed on Thursday to agree on a reform and simplicity program, the fee of a financial bailout to avoid a messy default, forcing Finance Minister Evangelos Venizelos to go to the people’s financial backers with an incomplete deal.
