This has been coming for a long, long time. I first read about it nearly 10-months ago. It was supposed to have been in place by the end of last year but did not make it.
As far as what I reckon about it, what scale do we have except to sit back and see how it works. One of the largest problems we have in the world of finance is that there is so much of a difference in the three scores. At least this will eliminate this problem.
