How Many Years Do You Spend On Spam?

recruitment software

The majority of the population use email. Over the last 10 years it has grown and grown. The best email service was found after much testing and failures.

Does anyone remember the days of spending minutes each morning clearing out the spam? Does anyone still do that? Evidently yes. People still spend the first part of their email read-through clearing out spam and unsolicited emails. It goes on as the day goes on. So each time they get email. Either through a push, or a send and receive a part of it is spam. Do you know how much of your life is spent on this task?

The hosting account usually provides email on the same server. Who needs a 100 email accounts anyway. It means you ave to check less and spend less time.

How do you manage to overcome this? How would you spend the free time made by a better email management process? If we examine my experience.

Year 1-5 – 1999 – 2004 – My god, where have all these emails come from…..numerous time spent clearing out the cash advances, penis extension, viagra pills and many others.

7+ now becoming of age. getting a gmail account is free and excellent at spam detection, but your business image is not asngood.

So, back to my business meadow, I have 2 choices. 1 your email box will be a lot lighter if the email is cleaned before it is sent there. This seems like a brilliant solution. It is not the complete solution. My email needs to be available on any browser. Using this service my mail goes to their servers for cleaning first. A webmail service is essential and they offer it. DO you want your sent emails in each email box, look at IMAP. Your phone, your laptop, your office and your friends PC. The perfect solution is to have the same email account from everywhere without duplication.

I learned through our hosting partner for

recruitment software that  such a service exists. Webamil, IMAP or POP and 10GB of space. It is just what I needed. 24/7 live support t your fingertips is provided. They have nearly 3 million mailboxes. For such a fantastic service, the cost is surprisingly low. In fact no, its a $1 a month per account. As well as that they also do the exhcnage service.

I was disapointed with exchange as it had no search. The search was not present, although it looked like outlook. The fees are higher.

Its better to spend a small amount of money and save a huge amount of time. A qualified managed service is vital. Dedicated mail companies are the answer. A specialist give a specialist service.
