Is my proposed business model legal?
I had an thought for an online, electronics redistribution business, which I am not sure would be legal.
Business would be surrounded around a particular website (let's call it "NEWGEN HARDWARE"), which sells electronics at wholesale reduced prices. My plot would be to advertise some of their products as for sale on my website (at a higher fee).
When my customers bought one of these electronics (via Google Checkout), I would simply wait for their payment to apparent to my bank, and then use that money to buy it from NEWGEN. I would buy it using my client's name and contact info gathered during the Google Checkout process, (but use my info as the billing source), and have it shipped directly to my customer.
Is this business model legal? If so, what do I need to place on my terms and conditions page? If it is not legal, how could I change my business model to make it so?
No, it's not legal to use their private info in that manner.

HOWEVER, to really keep your business on the right side of the LAW, I would recommend consulting a REAL LAWYER.
