Japan manufacturers mood up, outlook uncertain

TOKYO (Reuters) – Japanese manufacturers’ confidence has recovered to its highest level in view of the fact that the global financial crisis hit, but remains weak overall due to concerns about reduction and slow-moving domestic demand, a Reuters poll showed.
