PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) – Kinetic Concepts Inc , a maker of medical devices used in wound care, got a rival takever huge from Avista Capital Partners LLC’s ConvaTec Inc that exceeds the unfilled $5 billion bid from Apax Partners LLP, according to Bloomberg.
