Morgan Stanley to cap, defer cash payouts: report

PHILADELPHIA (Reuters) – Investment bank Morgan Stanley plans to tell employees this week that bonuses will drop, with cash payouts capped for now at $125,000, The Wall Street Journal reported on Monday.
