Nasdaq turns lower, Wall St cuts gains

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Stocks pared gains and the Nasdaq turned negative on Wednesday as hopes for new stimulus measures from the Federal Set aside in the weeks ahead vied with signs the nation is weakening.
