ProcessMaker open source business process management (BPM) suite and Zimbra open source messaging and collaboration suite are now integrated through a Zimlet. This video demonstrates the mashup, which allows users to start cases, view the cases inbox, and increase efficiency with simple access to information and tools needed to manage daily tasks.
