Stock futures signal more gains for equities

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Stock futures keen to a higher open for equities on Wall Street on Monday, building on sharp gains in the previous session, with futures for the S&P 500, Dow Jones and Nasdaq 100 up 0.4 to 0.5 percent.
