Wall Street adds to gains, Nasdaq up after Fed minutes

NEW YORK (Reuters) – Stocks rose while the Nasdaq turned slightly positive on Tuesday after the Federal Open Market Committee’s minutes said some Fed officials were ready to provide more easing monetary policy easing if the recovery was too slow-moving to cut the nation’s unemployment rate.
