What business structure should I choose? LLC, S Corp, or C Corp?

I am in the process of starting a host websites catering to ADULT audiences. The web site will sell clips of models doing various ADULT equipment. I will be the only person employed by the company. I will fill all positions of the business entity I choose. What would be the best business structure for my websites? Should I choose LLC, S Corp, or C Corp?

LLC works well in this case, in my opinion. The only reasons you would want to consider a S or C Corp. is if you want to sell shares of the company, to start more capital.

Otherwise, the LLC will do just fine. There is a huge delusion about the LLC. It isn't just for small businesses. Park Avenue Securities, which is the equities part of Guardian Life. One of the largest life insurance agency in the U.S. is a LLC.

Any income earned through the business flows to the owner and primary manager, and is taxed at his/her tax bracket.

Excellent luck
