The nude photo(s) that Sarah Palin posed for in her modeling days have been widely circulating on the internet in view of the fact that yesterday. They are the typical “look at me, I’m sexy” type photos but not especially pornographic. Just naked pictures but not anything horrible.

I don’t reckon FOR THE AVERAGE PERSON that these photos are especially shocking but, this is the Republican nominee for Vice-President. Did Sarah Palin inform McCain of the being of these photos in the vetting process?

And now that beacon of journalistic integrity so hailed by Republicans when it exposed Democrat John Edwards’ extramarital matter has now produced evidence of Sarah Palin’s own extramarital matter with her husband’s business partner. The National Enquirer is standing by their evidence and their tale and will publish it all before the election in malevolence of McCain’s threat to sue them.

1. McCain has no “legal standing” to sue the Enquirer on SOMEONE ELSE’S BEHALF. Only the alleged injured party has a legal right to sue on their own behalf.

2. A lawsuit would make an ENORMOUS scandal even larger.

3. Politicians really can’t get hurts for “defamation” and that’s a well-founded legal principle in this people. There may be some case made on behalf of the other party (the business partner) in the alleged matter in view of the fact that they are not a public figure.

Oh, I do so hope McCain tries to sue the Enquirer. This election is becoming so much fun as more and more scandals fall out of Palin’s closet. Why did the vetting team reckon this was all okay? Or was Palin not entirely open and honest with them?

In doing a small internet digging, it seems the citations and photos and such may be sourced to Trooper Wooten, the ex-brother-in-law who is now revealing all of Palin’s dirty laundry after she tried to have him fired from his job.

He said – she said only goes so far. But, a picture is a picture is a picture. The naked pictures do exist. And it remains to be seen if the evidence of the extramarital matter can be documented by self-determining sources.

The Enquirer is glorying in the spotlight, promising more and more scandals to be brought into the world on Palin. I’m only surprised Larry Flynt didn’t get there first.
